*Any current resident, whether owning or renting, or an operator of a business or non-profit organization in the Holly Neighborhood who is over 18 years old is eligible for membership. One voting membership per household and one voting membership per business or non-profit association shall be allowed.
*To be a voting member in good standing a member must have completed a membership form confirming their residence or business in the neighborhood, be up to date with their dues, and attended at least 2 Meetings in prior 12 months.
In October of 2026, Holly Neighborhood Association (HNA) expanded west to welcome our East Cesar Chavez neighbors and work closely with the ECC Neighborhood Plan Contact Team (NPCT) to engage residents and businesses from I-35 to Pleasant Valley, between East 7th Street and Town Lake.
